Our Full Time and Part Time crew members are given hands-on, paid training and are cross trained in several positions making you a critical part of our team and enhancing your job skills to be continually improved along your own personal career path with us.

Our hourly and salaried restaurant management team members are given hands-on, paid training and are cross trained in every restaurant position providing for a strong foundation from which to continue to sharpen your managerial skill set and also understand and work closely with your restaurant crew members; together forming a sound operational team, providing high food quality and a high level of customer service. Team work is what is critical in each of our Martin’s Restaurant’s daily operation.

In addition to the ongoing development of your management skills, our managers participate in monthly bonus programs, enjoy paid vacations, select health insurance programs, retirement program, and ongoing training and development providing for future opportunities in your career path with us and much more.

Each year our company hosts our management team to celebrate at our annual awards banquet, where we recognize the many accomplishments that our management team achieved throughout the year.

As a company, we contribute to the communities we serve by participating in various local sponsorship programs, local community donation and local advertising.

We offer external and internal management referral incentives to any employee referring management prospects to our company, whether from outside the company or recommending a current Martin’s crew member into our management program.

We strongly practice advanced scheduling for all of our employees, as we respect that everyone needs to have the ability to plan their daily personal lives. We support a full 40 hour work week for all of our full time crew members and a maximum 30 hour work week for all of our part-time crew members, and yes, we pay time and a half for any overtime worked.
